Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours.

FREE local pickup is available at both our Cheboygan and Alpena, Michigan locations. Simply select your preferred pickup location at checkout.
Returns for Online Orders

Returns must be requested and postmarked within 14 days of the original purchase date.

A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached and free of odors, pet hair, damage, or signs of wear.

Online returns are eligible for store credit only.

Final Sale Items: Accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, and sale or clearance merchandise are not eligible for return.

Returns for In-Store Purchases

Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Holiday Return Policy for In-Store Purchases
To make holiday gifting a little easier, we're extending our in-store return window for the holiday season!

In-store purchases made November 1 through December 24 are eligible for an extended 45-day return window from the original purchase date.

Eligible returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, except for cash purchases, which will receive store credit.
